Our Client, one of Nova Scotia's premier building contractors has been providing construction services in the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors for almost 50 years and is currently seeking a qualified individual in Halifax to fit the role of:
PROJECT COORDINATOR
The successful candidate must have previous experience working in commercial construction. Must be able to provide quality and timely assistance with bidding of tenders and assisting with efficient jobsite operations. The candidate will also be a solid team player and be extremely detail oriented particularly when deadlines have to be met.
Other qualifications include:
• Successful completion of C.E.T. or C.A.T. training.
• Excellent computer skills including AutoCAD & Microsoft Programs.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Flexible & adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to work effectively with Project Managers & Superintendents.
