Our client is a world leader in the development, design and manufacture of electronic tracking and locating equipment is currently looking for a Purchaser to join them in Windsor, Nova Scotia. 

You’ll be part of a cutting-edge, professional team developing market-leading hardware and software solutions. 

Daily activities will include:

• Analyzing supplier proposals
• Providing sourcing assistance to the Engineering team
• Placing purchase orders
• Establishing and maintaining vendor relationships
• Identifying new product opportunities

Requirements include:

• Post secondary education
• Minimum 3 years of Purchasing experience
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Experience negotiating with suppliers
